The Rotisserie Oven is an electric, single deck oven with a pass-thru feature. It has a capacity to cook up to 40 3lb. chickens at a time. The oven is equipped with a touch-screen controller that offers 15 program modes and a preheat & hold function. The curved glass cool door is designed for safety and visibility. The oven is made with stainless steel exterior and removable stainless steel parts for easy cleaning. It is CE and ETL certified. Additional commercial ovens and cooking equipment are also available. Standard features of the oven include a curved glass picture window, a cool-door for safety, high visibility with an attractive design, and a lighted theatre for maximum customer attraction. The external material used is 18 gauge, 304 stainless steel. The oven also comes with 15 program modes, including a preheat and hold capability. The stainless steel parts are removable for ease of cleaning. Accessories available for the oven include a Vee Spit, Meat Fork, Meat Basket, 13" Insulating mitts, and a Basket for 4 Goosers. Options for the oven include a choice between flat or curved glass and a pass-thru or solid back design.
