With 13.01 cu. ft. of refrigerated space in the drawer sections, accessing additional items is quick and easy. Each drawer section can hold up to a 6" deep pan for storing more ingredients. The worktop features a full-width cutting board for ample prep space. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not run the full width of the work area, allowing space for sauces and non-refrigerated ingredients. The included pans are made from durable, easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The temperature inside the drawers is consistently maintained between 36º and 38ºF to maximize food shelf life. Stainless steel frames support the telescoping drawer slides for effortless access to ingredients. The drawers also feature a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. The refrigeration system is bottom-mounted, saving space and providing efficient cooling. The self-contained system includes a ½ HP compressor that delivers 1094 BTU/hr of cooling with hydrocarbon-based R290 refrigerant, which is compliant with modern environmental codes. The system is fully electronically controlled for efficient temperature control, and a condensate evaporator eliminates the need for a floor drain. This unit operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.2 amps. It comes with an 8' power cable and an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug.
