The Beverage Air SPE72HC-30M-DS Elite Series Dual Side Mega Top is a prep table with three refrigerated undercounter reach-in sections. It has a worktop with cold storage for thirty pans in two sections accessible from both sides. One side has a 10" deep cutting board and the other side has a 12" deep cutting board, both of which are removable for cleaning. The reach-in sections provide a total of 20.02 cu. ft. of space and each section has two epoxy-coated wire shelves for organization. The reach-in sections have aluminum liners that are easy to clean and corrosion-resistant. The stainless steel door is self-closing and maintains a cool temperature of 36º to 38ºF with minimal power consumption. The door can be opened to 120° and will stay open when multiple items need to be moved in or out. The door gaskets are easy to remove for maintenance and cleaning. Both sides of the unit have their own lids for easy access to the ingredients and condiments inside the refrigerated pan sections. The optimized airflow keeps sandwich and salad ingredients below 41ºF to maximize shelf life. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a ½ HP compressor to efficiently provide 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The system has full electronic control and an epoxy coated evaporator coil for maximum efficiency. The prep table comes with an eight-foot-long power cord prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard power outlet. It comes with six-inch casters, but three-inch casters and six-inch legs are available as options. The cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane. The doors are mounted on cartridge style hinges for self-closing and can stay open at 120°. The cabinet comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section and removable cutting boards.
