It features two refrigerated ingredient pan areas that can hold a total of thirty ¼-size pans that are 4" deep. The refrigerators below the worktop provide 20.0 cu. ft. of cool storage. The worktop includes a cutting board that spans the entire width of the unit, offering ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The refrigerated pan area occupies half of the worktop, leaving plenty of room for non-refrigerated items and tools. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop each have 2 epoxy-coated wire shelves, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made of durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum, making them easy to clean. The self-closing doors ensure efficient temperature maintenance between 36º and 38ºF, but can remain open at 120° for convenience. The doors also feature snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. The drawers have locking mechanisms to prevent accidental removal from the cabinet. Stainless steel frames support the telescoping drawer slides, allowing effortless access to ingredients. The drawers maintain a temperature between 36º and 38ºF to extend the shelf life of stored food. The refrigeration system at the bottom of the unit uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant. This refrigerated counter comes with an 8' power cable and a 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
