The Beverage Air SPE48HC-18M-DS Elite Series Dual Side Mega Top is a dual-sided prep table with two refrigerated reach-in sections. It features a refrigerated bunker that can hold eighteen pans and can be accessed from either side. The reach-in sections offer 13.01 cu. ft. of space and each section has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves for organization. The interior of the prep table is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, making it easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel doors are self-closing to maintain a cool temperature of 36º to 38ºF with minimal power consumption. The doors can be opened to 120° and will stay open when multiple items need to be moved in or out of the reach-in sections. The doors also have snap-in gaskets that are easy to remove for maintenance and cleaning. Both sides of the prep table provide access to the ingredients and condiments inside the refrigerated pan sections through separate lids. The refrigerated bunker keeps sandwich and salad ingredients cool. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a HP compressor to efficiently provide 1094 BTU/hr of cooling. The refrigeration system features full electronic control and an epoxy coated evaporator coil for maximum efficiency. The prep table comes with an eight-foot-long power cord prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet, delivering 2.2 amps of current. The dimensions of the prep table are 46.50 inches tall, 48 inches wide, and 48.63 inches deep. The cabinet construction includes a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies made of stainless steel, and six-inch casters (2 with brakes) as standard. The exterior construction is heavy-duty stainless steel, and the cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigeration system is robust and provides added capacity and efficiency. It uses CFC and HCFC-free R134a refrigerant and has an automatic condensate evaporator to eliminate the need for floor drains. The prep table comes pre-wired at the factory and includes an 8-foot-long cord and plug for easy electrical connection.
