It features a refrigerated ingredient and condiment pan area that can hold eighteen 4" deep pans. The unit also has three refrigerators below the worktop, providing a total of 20.02 cu. ft. of storage space behind three doors. The worktop includes a cutting board that spans the entire width of the unit, offering ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not cover the full width of the work area, allowing room for non-refrigerated sauces and ingredients. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. Despite the large refrigerated pan area, there is still plenty of room on the worktop for additional ingredients. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop feature two epoxy-coated wire shelves each, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made of durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum, making them easy to clean. The self-closing doors ensure that a temperature between 36º and 38ºF is maintained efficiently. However, the doors will remain open when opened to 120° for convenience. The doors also have snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. The refrigeration system of this unit uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant, which is hydrocarbon-based. It is equipped with an efficient ½ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit also has an automatic defrost system for convenience, which is non-electric. This refrigerated counter comes with an 8' power cable that terminates in a 5-15P plug, allowing it to be connected to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
