It features a refrigerated ingredient and condiment pan area that can hold twelve 4" deep pans. The unit also includes three refrigerators below the worktop, providing a total of 20.02 cu. ft. of storage space behind three doors. The worktop of this counter has a cutting board that spans the entire width, offering ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. Additionally, the refrigerated pan storage area does not cover the full width of the work area, allowing room for non-refrigerated sauces and ingredients. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The refrigerated pan storage area takes up minimal space on the worktop, leaving plenty of room for additional items that do not require refrigeration. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop each have two epoxy-coated wire shelves, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made of durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum, making them easy to clean. The self-closing doors ensure that a temperature between 36º and 38ºF is maintained efficiently. However, the doors will remain open when opened to 120° for convenience. The doors also feature snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. The refrigeration system of this counter uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant, which is hydrocarbon-based. It is powered by an efficient ½ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit also has an automatic defrost system for convenience, which is non-electric. This refrigerated counter comes with an 8' power cable that terminates in a 5-15P plug, allowing it to be easily connected to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
