The worktop of this counter is equipped with a full-width cutting board, offering ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. Additionally, the refrigerated pan storage area does not extend the full width of the work area, allowing for non-refrigerated sauces and ingredients. The included pans are made from durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The unit also includes an automatic defrost system that is non-electric.
