The Beverage Air SPE60HC-24M-DS Elite Series Dual Side Mega Top is a prep table with two refrigerated reach-in sections. It features two separate cold storage areas with 12 ? pans accessible from both sides. Each side has a 12” deep removable cutting board that runs the full width of the workspace. The reach-in sections offer 16.02 cu. ft. of space and have two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves for organization. The reach-in sections have aluminum liners that are easy to clean and corrosion-resistant. The stainless steel doors are self-closing and can be opened to 120° for easy access. The doors have snap-in gaskets that are easy to remove for maintenance and cleaning. The optimized airflow keeps sandwich and salad ingredients cool below 41°F to maximize shelf life. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a ? HP compressor to provide efficient cooling. The system has full electronic control and an epoxy coated evaporator coil for maximum efficiency. The prep table comes with an eight-foot-long power cord prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard power outlet.
