The refrigerated pan storage area does not cover the full width of the work area, providing additional space for non-refrigerated sauces and ingredients. The included pans are made from durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop feature two epoxy-coated wire shelves each, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made from durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensuring easy cleaning. The self-closing doors help maintain a temperature between 36º and 38ºF efficiently, and they remain open at 120° for convenience. The doors also have snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. The refrigeration system of this counter uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant, which is hydrocarbon-based. It is powered by an efficient ½ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit also has an automatic defrost system that does not require electricity.
