The Beverage Air SPED27HC-C-B Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a prep table that includes two refrigerated drawers and eight 1/6 pans for storing chilled ingredients. It offers 6.9 cu. ft. of refrigerated space in the undercounter drawer sections, allowing for easy access to additional items. Each drawer section can accommodate up to a 6" deep pan, providing ample storage for ingredients. The worktop of this prep table features an extended cutting board that is 17" deep and spans the full width of the unit, offering plenty of space for prep work. The cutting board can be easily removed for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not cover the entire width of the work area, leaving room for sauces and non-refrigerated ingredients. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The drawers are equipped with slides that have a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal from the cabinet. Stainless steel frames support the telescoping drawer slides, ensuring effortless access to ingredients. The temperature inside the drawers is consistently maintained between 36º and 38ºF, keeping food safe for extended periods. This prep counter has a self-contained refrigeration system located at the bottom, featuring an efficient 1/10 HP compressor with 1140 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. It uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that complies with environmental regulations. The unit also has a non-electric automatic defrosting system. The unit operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps. It comes with an 8' power cable and an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug.
