The drawers and reach-in sections provide 20.0 cu. ft. of easily accessible storage space. The reach-in sections are equipped with two epoxy-coated wire shelves for organizing items, while the drawers can hold pans up to 6" deep for added versatility. A spacious polyethylene cutting board spans the entire width of the counter, providing ample workspace for preparing sandwiches or salads. The cutting board is securely attached to the counter but can be easily removed for maintenance or cleaning. The refrigerated bunker maintains the temperature of the 18 pans between 41°F and 33°F through optimized airflow. As the refrigerated bunker does not occupy the entire counter space, there is plenty of room for additional condiments or ingredients that do not require refrigeration. The interior of the refrigerated reach-in section is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, making it low-maintenance and easy to clean. The self-closing door ensures that the temperature remains between 36º and 38ºF without excessive power consumption. The door can be opened to 120° and will stay open when handling multiple items or restocking the reach-in section. The drawers are also maintained at 36º to 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of food. The drawers are equipped with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal from the cabinet. The unit is powered by a ½ HP compressor located at the bottom, providing 1549 BTU/hr of cooling capacity.
