The Beverage Air SPE36HC-08 Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a twin-door prep table with eight pans and 10.01 cu. ft. of total capacity on two epoxy-coated wire shelves per door.

This sandwich top refrigerated counter is designed to keep ingredient pans below 41°F and 33°F with proper airflow to maintain freshness. It comes with a removable full-width cutting board for sandwich assembly.

The reach-in sections of this unit feature easy-to-clean aluminum liners that are corrosion-resistant. The self-closing stainless steel doors help maintain a cool temperature of 36º to 38ºF with minimal power consumption. The doors can be opened to 120° and will stay open when multiple items need to be moved in or out. The snap-in door gaskets are easy to remove for maintenance and cleaning.

The sides, front, top, grille, and door of this unit are made of stainless steel, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is made of aluminum for corrosion resistance. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system maximizes available space. The unit is equipped with a HP compressor that produces 1140 BTU/hr of cooling using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The evaporator coil is epoxy coated for durability.

This sandwich top refrigerated counter comes with an 8' power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.

The dimensions of this durable unit are 41.69 inches tall, 36 inches wide, and 29.25 inches deep.

Standard features of the Beverage Air SPE36HC-08 Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter include enhanced refrigeration system, improved airflow management, and uniform temperature distribution. The pans are cooled from the bottom, eliminating the need for an air blanket. This ensures that products in open containers are kept below 41°F and above freezing, resulting in increased shelf life, higher quality food, better appearance, fresher product, and reduced bacteria build-up.

The cabinet construction includes galvanized steel back and bottom, 4" deep polycarbonate plastic pans, aluminum interior liner, two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section, six-inch casters (2 with brakes), and a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for positive seal. The removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies are made of stainless steel. The cabinet insulation is CFC-free
