The Beverage Air SPE27HC-B Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a single-door model that comes with eight 4" deep pans for ingredient organization. The reach-in section offers 6.91 cu. ft. of space and includes two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves.

Accessing items inside the reach-in is made easy with a stay-open feature that props the door open at 120°, but it automatically closes to maintain optimal cold temperatures and minimize power usage. The refrigerator's enhanced airflow ensures a temperature between 36º and 38ºF. Cleaning and maintenance are simple with removable snap-in door gaskets.

The top of the unit keeps ingredient pans below 41°F and 33°F with proper airflow to maintain freshness. A removable full-width cutting board is included for sandwich assembly.

The sides, front, top, grille, and door of the unit are made of stainless steel, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is made of aluminum for corrosion resistance. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system maximizes available space. The unit features a ½ HP compressor that produces 1140 BTU/hr of cooling and uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The refrigeration system is built to last with an epoxy-coated evaporator coil.

The unit comes with an eight-foot power cord and plug set with a NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
