It features two refrigerated ingredient and condiment pan areas that can hold a total of eighteen 4" deep pans. The unit also includes three refrigerators below the worktop, providing a total storage space of 20.02 cu. ft. The worktop is equipped with a full-width cutting board, offering ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. Additionally, the refrigerated pan storage area does not span the full width of the work area, allowing for the storage of non-refrigerated sauces and ingredients. The included pans are made from durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop feature two epoxy-coated wire shelves each, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made from durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensuring easy cleaning. The self-closing doors help maintain a temperature between 36º and 38ºF efficiently, but can also remain open at a 120° angle for convenience. The doors are equipped with snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. The refrigeration system of this unit uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant, which is hydrocarbon-based. It is powered by an efficient ½ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit also features an automatic defrost system that does not require electricity. For easy installation, the unit comes with an 8' power cable that terminates in a 5-15P plug, compatible with a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
