The Beverage Air SPE72HC-18C Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a large prep table with three doors. It features an extra deep integrated cutting board, providing ample space for working on sandwiches and salads. The table has two chilled ingredient storage areas, one holding twelve 4" deep polycarbonate pans and the other holding six pans, totaling eighteen pans in separate bunkers. The reach-in refrigeration sections below the worktop offer a total of 20.02 cu. ft. of storage space. Each reach-in cabinet is equipped with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to maximize space and organize items. The refrigerators' liners are made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, making them easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel doors have snap-in gaskets that lock in the cold air and can be easily removed for maintenance or cleaning. The interior of each refrigerator is designed for enhanced airflow, maintaining a temperature between 36º and 38ºF. Sandwich ingredients and condiments are kept cool and easily accessible under a stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The extended cutting board, measuring 17" deep, provides ample room for sandwich preparation or ingredient prepping. The cutting board is securely held in place but can be easily removed for cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of this prep counter features an efficient ½ HP compressor with 1549 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. It uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental regulations. The unit also has an automatic defrosting system that does not require electricity. This prep counter is designed to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
