The Beverage Air SPE60HC-12 Elite Series™ Mega Top Refrigerated Counter is a versatile station that combines a refrigerator and prep table for convenient sandwich and salad preparation. It features a refrigerated ingredient and condiment pan area with ten 4" deep pans. The refrigerators below the worktop provide a total of 16.02 cu. ft. of cool storage. The worktop includes a spacious cutting board that spans the entire width of the unit and can be easily removed for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not occupy the entire work area, allowing for additional space for non-refrigerated sauces and ingredients. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop are equipped with two epoxy-coated wire shelves for efficient organization. The interiors are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensuring easy cleaning. The self-closing doors help maintain a temperature between 36º and 38ºF, but can remain open at 120° for convenience. The snap-in door gaskets are easy to clean and maintain. The refrigeration system uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant and a ½ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit also features an automatic defrost system that is non-electric. This refrigerated counter comes with an 8' power cable and a 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
