The SPED27HC-C Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter from Beverage Air is a spacious model that includes dual refrigerated drawers for easy access under the counter. It also comes with six 1/6 pans and two 1/9 pans for storing sandwich ingredients. The drawers can accommodate full-size pans up to 6" in depth, providing ample storage space for ingredients. To keep sandwich ingredients and condiments cool and easily accessible, the counter is equipped with a stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The cutting board is extended and measures 17" deep, offering plenty of room for sandwich preparation and ingredient prepping. The cutting board can be easily removed for cleaning. The temperature inside the drawers is consistently maintained between 36º and 38ºF to ensure the freshness and shelf life of the food. The telescoping drawer slides are supported by stainless steel frames, allowing for effortless access to ingredients. The drawers also feature a locking mechanism to prevent accidental pulling out of the cabinet. The refrigeration system is located at the bottom of the unit, saving space and providing efficient cooling. It is a self-contained system with a 1/10 HP compressor that delivers 1140 BTU/hr of cooling. The system uses hydrocarbon-based R290 refrigerant, which is compliant with modern environmental codes. It is equipped with full electronic control for efficient temperature regulation and a condensate evaporator that eliminates the need for a floor drain. The unit comes with an 8' power cable that terminates in a 5-15P plug, allowing it to be easily connected to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
