The worktop features a full-width cutting board, offering plenty of space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. Additionally, the refrigerated pan storage area does not occupy the full width of the work area, allowing room for sauces and non-refrigerated ingredients. The included pans are made from durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The drawers are equipped with slides that have a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal.
