The unit also has three refrigerators below the worktop, providing a total of 20.02 cu. ft. of storage space behind three doors. The worktop includes a cutting board that spans the entire width of the unit, offering ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. The refrigerated pan storage area does not cover the full width of the work area, allowing room for sauces and non-refrigerated ingredients. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. Each reach-in refrigerator section below the worktop is equipped with two epoxy-coated wire shelves, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensuring easy cleaning. The self-closing doors help maintain a temperature between 36º and 38ºF efficiently, but they can remain open at a 120° angle for convenience.
