The E62083E150 (QUICK SHIP) Connected Evolution™ Countertop Convection Steamer is a boilerless model that operates on electric power. It is designed to be placed on a countertop and can hold up to six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans. The steamer features Steam Vector Technology, which evenly distributes steam throughout the cavity to ensure even cooking. This model does not require water filtration and can be connected to a water and drain supply. The warranty is not voided by water quality, and there is no need for scheduled de-liming or maintenance. The steamer is energy-efficient and has been qualified with ENERGY STAR. The digital controls are easy to use and clean, and the steamer includes a digital temperature readout and an independent timer with programmable presets. The steamer is made in the USA and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. Optional features include bullet feet, a perforated cooking shelf, and a stainless steel support stand with casters, bullet feet, or flanged feet.
