The E62403D130 (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ Steamer from AccuTemp is a countertop convection steamer that features Steam Vector Technology (SVT). This electric steamer does not require a water and drain connection, making it convenient for businesses operating at high altitudes with hard water sources. The SVT system is unaffected by hard water and has automatic altitude compensation. The interior cavity of this steamer is made of 14 ga. 304 stainless steel and can hold either four 12x20x4" pans or six 12x20x2.5" pans. The SVT system consists of steam collector and distributor panels that are easy to remove and dishwasher-safe. The digital control panel of this steamer is easy to use and clean, featuring a digital temperature display and an independent digital electronic timer with programmable presets. The steamer is ENERGY STAR qualified and operates on 240v/60/3-ph power. Standard features of this steamer include a 3-gallon water reservoir, front-mounted drain valve, easy-to-clean control panel, simplified service access panel, and a heavy-duty, field-reversible door. It does not require a hood in most states and does not need water filtration or treatment. The steamer also has no warranty exclusions for water quality and does not require scheduled de-liming or maintenance. Additional features include dishwasher-safe one-piece wire pan racks, cook mode and variable temperature hold mode, low water, high water, and over-temp indicator lights, and the ability to open the door at any time during the cooking cycle. The steamer has multiple kW heat inputs available for different cooking needs and a cast aluminum heating element that is not exposed to water.
