The Accutemp E62081E060 (QUICK SHIP) Connected Evolution™ Steamer is a countertop electric steamer that does not require a boiler. It is designed to hold six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans and features Steam Vector Technology for even steam distribution. The steamer has digital controls and requires a water and drain connection to be plumbed. The warranty is not voided by water quality and no water filtration is required. It has a power output of 6kW and operates on 208/60/1ph electricity. The steamer is made in the USA, cULus and UL EPH Classified, and is ENERGY STAR® certified.
