The E62083D100 DBL (QUICK SHIP) Two Connectionless Evolution™ Boilerless Floor Model Steamer from AccuTemp is a space-saving model that includes two electrically-heated boilerless steamers on a sturdy stand. These steamers are designed for 208v/60/3-ph power and have a capacity of six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
AccuTemp's Steam Vector Technology (SVT) is a reliable and efficient solution that eliminates the need for moving parts. These steamers can use any potable water without filtration or treatment, making them compatible with hard water and eliminating the need for de-liming sessions. AccuTemp offers a lifetime service and support guarantee, as well as a one-year warranty on these steamers. The SVT system uses steam collectors and distributor panels to evenly circulate steam inside the cavities, and these parts are dishwasher-safe and easy to remove.
The control panels on these steamers are user-friendly, with digital temperature displays for easy monitoring. Operating instructions in English and Spanish are printed on each door for quick reference. An independent digital timer with a programmable preset ensures that food is cooked for the proper amount of time.
These connectionless steamers do not require plumbing and have their own 3-gallon water reservoirs. Each steamer comes with a 5-foot power cord and a NEMA L15-30P plug for easy connection to a socket with a 30.0 amp breaker.
