The E64403D120 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ from AccuTemp is a Boilerless Floor Model Steamer designed for 440v/60/3-ph power with a peak input of 12 kW. This Electric Convection Steamer can hold six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" pans, making it suitable for various establishments. It is particularly recommended for establishments with hard water due to its ENERGY STAR qualification.
 
 AccuTemp's Evolution™ line of steamers, including this model, utilizes their innovative Steam Vector Technology (SVT). This technology allows the steamer to use any potable water source, regardless of water quality. The SVT system does not have any moving parts and instead uses a steam collector and distributor panels to evenly distribute steam throughout the cavity. These parts are easy to remove and dishwasher-safe. The entire steamer is covered by a one-year warranty and is backed by AccuTemp's Lifetime Service & Support Guarantee.
 
 The controls on this steamer are user-friendly, with instructions printed in both English and Spanish on the door for quick reference. The digital temperature display provides a quick glance at the current temperature, and the independent digital timer with programmable presets makes operating the steamer extremely easy.
 
 This Commercial Floor Model Steamer is connectionless, meaning it does not require plumbing. It has a 3-gallon water reservoir that needs to be manually filled. The steamer comes with a 5' power cord for easy installation. It also includes a sturdy stand and a lower shelf for extra storage or the option to install a second unit in the future. Additional restaurant equipment, cooking equipment, and steam cooking equipment are available.
