The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (4) 12" x 20" pans. It features an on/off switch with individual thermostatic controls, a 1" drain for easy cleaning, and a stainless steel inner liner. The top and flange are also made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is made of steel. The refrigerant used is R-404A and it has a 1/3 HP motor. This unit meets NSF Standard 2 and comes with a limited 1 year parts and labor warranty. It is designed to hold standard 12" by 20" food pans and fractional sized pans. The drop-in design includes a recessed ledge for pan support and to keep products colder and fresher. The unit is fully insulated with foamed-in-place insulation that is CFC free, ensuring energy efficiency. Additional options and accessories include 50 cycle compatibility, different voltage options, a remote on/off switch, a 5-year compressor warranty, a 2nd year parts and labor warranty, a perforated bottom strainer plate, adaptor bars for fractional sized pans, and remote models without compressors or condensing units. Special condenser orientation and/or compressor rack position can also be requested. Remote models include the compressor and condensing units, as well as up to 20' leads.
