The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (8) 1/3 size pans. It features an on/off switch with thermostatic controls, an insulated pan, and a 1" drain. The inner liner is made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is made of steel. The refrigerant used is R-134A. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 4.9 amps and 1/4 HP. It is NSF and cULus certified. Standard features include a self-contained drop-in design, 1" drains for easy cleaning, compliance with NSF-2 requirements, and a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. The unit also has a recessed ledge for pan support, an on-off switch with an 8 ft cord and plug for easy installation and operation, and the ability to hold 4 each 3rd size pans or equivalent fractional sized pans.
