The Food Warmer is a top-mount, built-in electric appliance with three 12" x 20" openings. It can be used for wet or dry operation and has thermostatic controls for precise temperature regulation. The interior is made of stainless steel and the housing is insulated aluminized steel. The Food Warmer also features high limits to prevent overheating, powerful tubular heating elements, and separate controls for each individual well. It comes with a two-year limited parts and one-year limited labor warranty. Additional features include drains and drains with manifolds, thermostatic or infinite controls, auto water-fill, and the option to convert from 3-phase to 1-phase. Various options and accessories are available, such as insets with lids, drain screens, soup ladles, wiring extensions, drain valve extension kits, adaptor tops for round insets, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
