The food warmer is a drop-in hot food well that is top-mounted and built-in. It is an electric appliance with two 12" x 20" openings. It can be used for wet or dry operation and has thermostatic controls. The interior is made of stainless steel and the housing is insulated aluminized steel. It is cULus certified and comes with high limits to prevent overheating. It has powerful tubular heating elements and separate controls for each well. It is energy-saving and fully insulated. Cords and plugs are available for all 208/240V models. It comes with a 2-year limited parts warranty and a 1-year limited labor warranty. It can accommodate two standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The thermostatic controls are recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel. The top flange is made of one-piece stainless steel and the warming pans are made of heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel. Additional features available include drains, drains with manifolds, infinite or thermostatic controls, auto water-fill, and field convertibility. Optional accessories include insets with lids, drain screens, 8oz. soup ladles, optional 72" wiring, drain valve extension kits, adaptor tops for round insets, cords and plugs for thermostatically controlled models, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
