The food warmer is a drop-in hot food well that is top-mounted and built-in. It is an electric appliance with two 12" x 20" openings that have drains. It can be used for wet or dry operation and has infinite controls. The interior is made of stainless steel and the housing is insulated aluminized steel. It is cULus certified and has high limits to prevent overheating. It also has powerful tubular heating elements and separate controls for each well. The appliance is energy-saving and fully insulated. It comes with a 2-year limited parts and 1-year limited labor warranty. It can accommodate two standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The thermostatic controls are recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel. The top flange is made of one-piece stainless steel and the warming pans are made of heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel. Additional features available include drains, drains with manifolds, auto water-fill, and cord & plugs. Optional accessories include insets with lids, drain screens, soup ladles, wiring extensions, drain valve extension kits, adaptor tops for round insets, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
