This is a top-mount, built-in electric food warmer with a thermostat control and a drain. It has one 12" x 27" pan opening and can accommodate four 1/3 size pans. It is cULus certified and has several standard features including thermostatic controls, high limits to prevent overheating, and powerful tubular heating elements. It also has separate controls for each individual well and a 2-Year Limited Parts & 1-Year Limited Labor Warranty. The fully insulated construction makes it suitable for non-metal counters and it can be used for wet or dry operation, although wet operation is recommended for best results. The thermostatic controls are recessed in a one-piece, drawn, front-mounted panel. The food warmer also has a one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans. Additional features available include drains, drains with manifolds, auto water-fill to maintain proper water level, and the option to convert from 3-phase to 1-phase. There are also various options and accessories available such as insets with lids, drain screens, an 8oz. soup ladle, optional 72" wiring, drain value extension kit, adaptor tops for round insets, autofill models with single or double control panels, and Wellslok extension kits for wood counter installations.
