The Panini Ottimo™ Dual Panini Commercial grill is an electric double grill with a cooking surface of 17" x 9-1/4". It features a hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles, ribbed cast iron plates, and adjustable thermostats up to 570°F (300°C). The grill also has dual power ON and READY indicator lights, adjustable back feet for easy grease drainage, and heat-resistant handles that eliminate the need for mitts or potholders. The hinged top plate can handle foods up to 3" thick, and the thermostat is adjustable for slow-to-quick cooking times. The 17" x 9.25" cooking surface heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. The grill has a brushed stainless steel body construction and a removable drip tray. It has a power of 3.2kW, operates at 240v/60/1-ph with 13.3 amps, and comes with a NEMA 6-20P plug. It is UL and NSF certified. The ribbed, cast-iron plates are perfect for grilling panini sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken, vegetables, and more.
