The Panini Compresso™ Slimline Panini Commercial grill is an electric, single grill with a cooking surface measuring 7-3/4"W x 14-1/2"D. It features a hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles and ribbed cast iron plates. The grill also has an adjustable thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 570°F (300°C). The body of the grill is made of brushed stainless steel and includes a removable drip tray. Additionally, the grill comes with a heavy-duty grill brush (CAC105). It operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power output of 1.8kW. The grill is NSF and UL certified.
