The Dual Surface Panini Commercial grill is an electric double grill with a cooking surface measuring 17" x 9-1/4". It comes with a timer and a hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles. The grill features a half ribbed and half flat grill, with adjustable thermostats up to 570°F (300°C). It also has indicator lights for power and readiness. The body of the grill is made of brushed stainless steel and it comes with a removable drip tray. The grill has a power of 3.2kW and operates on 240v/60/1-ph with 13.3 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug and is UL and NSF certified. Some of its standard features include heat-resistant handles, an adjustable thermostat, power and ready indicator lights, combination flat and ribbed cast-iron plates, and a hinged auto-balancing top plate that can accommodate foods up to 3" thick.
