The Dual Surface Panini Commercial grill is an electric grill with a double cooking surface measuring 17" x 9-1/4". It features a hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles, allowing for easy handling. The grill has a half ribbed and half flat grill, providing versatility in cooking options. It also has adjustable thermostats that can reach temperatures up to 570°F (300°C), indicated by the lights on the grill. The body of the grill is made of brushed stainless steel and comes with a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. The grill has a power of 3.2kW and operates on 240v/60/1-ph with 13.3 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug and is UL and NSF certified.
