The Panini Perfetto™ Compact Panini Grill is an electric single grill with a cooking surface of 9-1/4" x 9-3/4". It comes with a timer and a hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles. The grill features ribbed cast iron plates and an adjustable thermostat that can reach up to 570°F (300°C). It also has indicator lights to show the power and readiness of the grill. The body of the grill is made of brushed stainless steel and it comes with a removable drip tray. The grill operates at 208v/60/1-ph with 11.5 amps and uses a NEMA 6-20P plug. It is UL and NSF certified.
