The Dual Surface Panini Commercial grill is an electric double grill with a cooking surface of 14-1/2" x 11". It comes with a timer and a hinged auto-balancing top plate with heat resistant handles. The grill has a ribbed top and a flat bottom, and it also features adjustable thermostats that can reach temperatures up to 570°F (300°C). The indicator lights help to monitor the cooking process.
