The Holding/Transport Cabinet is a mobile unit with a pass-thru design. It has a capacity to hold either (7) 18" x 26" x 1" pans or (14) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet features three shelves, a forced air blower for even temperature distribution, side mounted push handles, and a recessed control panel with an analog thermometer that can reach temperatures up to 190° F. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of 20 gauge stainless steel for durability. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, for easy mobility. The cabinet also includes standard features such as a side mounted cord, field reversible doors, a magnetic action door latch, recessed side mounted handles, and Dutch doors for models VPT15 and VPT18. The cabinet is fully insulated with 11/2" in the side walls and 2" in the top. It has an integrated stainless steel frame for maximum strength. The blower motor ensures gentle and even temperature distribution. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR® certified (except for model VPT18) and comes with adjustable shelves. Additional options for the cabinet include a 208/240 volt power supply, a humidity pan, additional tray slides, a full perimeter bumper, glass Dutch doors for models VPT15 and VPT7, and wire shelves to sit on tray slides (RACK-VCH). The Vulcan Model No. VPT pass through holding cabinets are designed with a blower motor for even temperature distribution. They come with 5" heavy duty casters, a simple knob actuated electronic control for holding at temperatures up to 190° F, and adjustable racking that can hold 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans or a combination of both on 11/2" centers. The cabinets are constructed with a 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, recessed side-mounted handles, a magnetic action door latch, and full insulation (11/2" in side walls and 2" in top). They also have an integrated stainless steel frame for maximum strength and field reversible doors.
