The Holding/Transport Cabinet is a mobile unit with a pass-thru design and a capacity to hold 15 pans measuring 18" x 26" x 1". It features a forced air blower for even temperature distribution, side mounted push handles, and a recessed control panel with an analog thermometer that can measure ambient temperatures up to 190°F. The cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. It is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility and has cULus and UL EPH Classified certifications. The cabinet comes with several standard features including a side mounted cord, field reversible doors, a magnetic action door latch, recessed side mounted handles, and Dutch doors for models VPT15 and VPT18. It is fully insulated with 1.5" in the side walls and 2" in the top. The integrated stainless steel frame provides maximum strength.
