The Holding/Transport Cabinet is a mobile unit with a pass-thru design and a capacity to hold 30 pans measuring 18" x 26" x 1". It features a forced air blower for even temperature distribution, side mounted push handles, and a recessed control panel with an analog thermometer that can reach temperatures up to 190°F. The cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel both on the interior and exterior, and it is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified certified. The cabinet also includes adjustable fixed lipload racking, allowing for versatile storage options. It has standard features such as a side mounted cord, field reversible doors, a magnetic action door latch, and recessed side mounted handles. The Dutch doors are available on the VPT15 and VPT18 models. The cabinet is fully insulated with 11/2" in side walls and 2" in top, and it has an integrated stainless steel frame for maximum strength. The blower motor ensures gentle and even temperature distribution. The Holding/Transport Cabinet is ENERGY STAR certified (except for the VPT18 model) and comes with a simple knob actuated electronic control for holding at temperatures up to 190°F. It is complete with a cord and plug: NEMA 5-15 for 120 volts and NEMA 6-15 for 208-240 volts.
