The Holding/Transport Cabinet is a mobile unit with a pass-thru design. It has a capacity to hold either 13 pans measuring 18" x 26" x 1" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet features a forced air blower for even temperature distribution, side mounted push handles, and a recessed control panel with an analog thermometer that can reach temperatures up to 190°F. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of 20 gauge stainless steel for durability. It comes with 10 pairs of universal tray slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" centers. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility, with two swivel casters that have brakes and two rigid casters. Other standard features include a side mounted cord, field reversible doors, a magnetic action door latch, recessed side mounted handles, Dutch doors (for VPT15 and VPT18 models), and insulation with 1-1/2" in side walls and 2" in the top. The cabinet also has an integrated stainless steel frame for maximum strength. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR® certified (except for the VPT18 model) and has a simple knob actuated electronic control for holding temperatures. It comes with a cord and plug for either 120 volts or 208-240 volts. The cabinet has a one year limited parts and labor warranty, with a lifetime parts warranty on the heating elements after the first year. The pass-thru holding capacity of the cabinet can accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans, other pan sizes on shelves, or 12" x 20" pans, or a combination of both on 1-1/2" centers. Optional features include a 208/240 volt power supply, a humidity pan, additional tray slides, a full perimeter bumper, glass Dutch doors (for VPT15 and VPT7 models), and wire shelves to sit on tray slides (RACK-VCH).
