The K6ETT electric tilting kettle and 26" wide stand assembly features a stainless steel exterior and a full length drain trough. It has dual temperature capabilities and is UL certified. The assembly includes a one year limited parts and labor warranty. The drain tray fits into the drain trough and the kettle and/or braising pan can be field installed. The electric counter kettle and braising pan table has a stainless steel top with a marine edge on the sides and rear, as well as a drain trough, legs, flange, and feet. The service connections include a drain for waste and water for the swing faucet, with a dual temperature option. The electrical connections should be referred to the appropriate spec sheet. The assembly is classified by UL to NSF Std. #4.
