The Kettle/Stand Assembly includes two K12ETT electric tilting kettles and a 64" wide stand. The stand features a full length drain trough, dual temperature control, and a stainless steel table top, drain trough, sides, back, legs with flanged feet. It is UL certified. Standard features of the assembly include a one year limited parts and labor warranty. The drain tray fits into the full length drain trough. The kettles and/or braising pan are to be installed in the field. The electric counter kettle and braising pan table have a stainless steel top with marine edge on the sides and rear, drain trough, sides, front, legs, flange, and feet. The service connections include a drain for waste and water for the swing faucet dual temperature, with a 3/8" IPS. The electrical connections should be referred to the appropriate spec sheet. The specifications of the assembly include a stainless steel top with marine edge on the sides and rear, drain trough, sides, front, legs, flange, and feet. The drain tray fits into the full length drain trough. The kettles and braising pans are to be installed in the field. The assembly is classified by UL to NSF Std. #4.
