The Kettle/Stand Assembly includes (2) K6ETT electric tilting kettles and a 50" wide stand. The stand features a full length drain trough, dual temperature control, and a stainless steel table top, drain trough, sides, back, legs with flanged feet. It is UL certified. Standard features of this assembly include a one year limited parts and labor warranty. The drain tray fits into the full length drain trough. The kettle(s) and/or braising pan(s) need to be field installed. The electric counter kettle and braising pan table have a stainless steel top with a marine edge on the sides and rear, as well as a drain trough, sides, front, legs, flange, and feet. The service connections include a drain for waste and water for the swing faucet dual temperature, with a 3/8" IPS size. The electrical connections should be referred to the appropriate spec sheet.
