The Convection Commercial Oven is an electric, double-deck oven designed for bakery use. It features solid state controls, a 60-minute timer, and 8" high legs. The oven is made with stainless steel front, top, and sides, and has stainless steel doors with windows. Each section of the oven has a power rating of 12.5 kW. It is NSF, cUL, UL, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The oven also includes standard features such as a total power rating of 25 kW, a moisture vent damper control, and a 1/2 H.P. two-speed oven blower-motor. The oven interiors are made with porcelain enamel on steel, and the oven comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has an oven cool switch for rapid cool down per section, and comes with five nickel plated oven racks with eleven rack positions per section.
Optional features include casters, security screws only, 480V/60 Hz/1 or 3 phase power supply, a complete prison package, and simultaneous chain-driven doors. There is also an option for a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty.
Accessories for the oven include rack hanger(s), extra oven rack(s), a stainless steel drip pan, a stainless steel rear motor enclosure, and a down draft flue diverter for direct vent connection.
The specifications of the oven include a double section, deep depth design, with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs. The oven doors are independently operated and have double pane windows. The oven interiors are made with porcelain enamel on steel and measure 29"w x 26 1/8"d x 20"h. Each section comes with two interior oven lights and five nickel plated oven racks. The oven is heated by electric solid sheath elements rated at 12 kW and has a two-speed 1/2 H.P. oven blower motor per section. It also has an oven cool switch for rapid cool down. The oven operates on 208 or 240 volt, 60 Hz, 1 or 3 phase power supply. It is NSF listed and UL listed to Canadian safety standards.
