Each oven has a 60 minute timer with an audible alarm. The oven also has an oven cool switch for rapid cool down. The independently operated stainless steel doors have double pane windows for easy viewing. The oven interiors are made of porcelain enamel on steel. Each oven comes with 5 nickel plated racks. The front, top, sides, and legs are made of stainless steel. The oven is powered by two 1/2 HP two-speed oven blower-motors, each with a power of 12 kW. The oven is NSF, cUL, UL, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
