The Institutional Series Holding/Transport Cabinet is a mobile cabinet designed to hold and transport food items. It has a capacity to hold either 15 pans measuring 18" x 26" x 1" or 30 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet includes six adjustable shelves for easy organization. It also features a forced air blower for even heat distribution, side mounted push handles for easy maneuverability, and a recessed control panel for convenience. The electronic control with digital display allows for precise temperature control, with a range from ambient to 190° F. The cabinet is made of durable 20 gauge stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified for safety and quality assurance.
