This mobile heated cart is designed for non-insulated use. It has a capacity to hold either 9 sheet pans measuring 18" x 26" x 1" or 18 steam table pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cart features a fan and air tunnel for efficient heating. It has fixed tray slides spaced 3" apart and a glass door for easy visibility. The cart is constructed with stainless steel and comes with 5" casters, 2 of which are swivel and have locks. It is cULus and UL EPH certified.
