The V Series Heavy Duty Broiler is a 36" gas broiler with (3) 33,000 BTU ceramic radiant burners. It features cast iron grates, a cabinet base, and a stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. The broiler also has 6" adjustable legs and a 1-1/4" front gas manifold. It has a total BTU of 99,000 and is NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified.
The broiler comes with standard features such as a pilot ignition system, a grid of cold rolled steel bar, and infinite heat controls. It also has a full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan and a spring-balanced, 5-position grid. The broiler has a 50,000 BTU/hr. standard oven burner and a 32,000 BTU/hr. convection oven burner. The cooking grid measures 25"w x 25"d (625 sq. inches). The broiler comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty.
Additional features include three 33,500 BTU/hr. ceramic radiant broilers, universal rack guides, and one removable shelf on "B" models. The broiler has 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and a stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, and finishing oven. Optional features include a cap and cover front manifold, a fan cooling package for "C" models, and a 650°F oven thermostat and steel hearth for "S" models.
Accessories such as a banking strip, set of 4 casters, adjustable flanged feet, flexible gas hose with quick disconnect, and gas pressure regulator are available separately. The broiler also has the option for extra removable shelves for use with universal rack guides.
