This electric Convection Steamer is a Boilerless Countertop model with Auto-Fill. It has a capacity of (5) 12" x 20" pans and features manual controls with a 60 minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam feature. The generator pan has a stamped water level line and the heavy duty door comes with a pan guard. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. This steamer is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as ENERGY STAR® certified. It is perfect for countertop use and is ideal for cooking with steam.
